GUITAR BUILDING

The workshop is situated in exceptional historical surrounds - premium real estate, tucked right away from all the hustle and bustle and impressively, amidst it all.

From San Marco where we stay, it’s a refreshing 20-minute walk along the Adige River or short 4km bus ride directly to the heart of Verona, Piazza Bra. And there stands the city’s greatest monument of history and art – the Arena, a Roman amphitheater built in the first century. Cast your gaze to buzzing undercover restaurants and along the pink marble promenade. In between restaurants there’s Vicolo Listone leading you to the double fronted doors of the workshop in less than 100 steps.

You will be provided with all materials including Australian and Italian tonewoods, hardware, jigs, tools, glue and guitar accessories. With tuition from 2 instructors, over 10 days you will hand build your own guitar complete with ‘Made in Italy’ guitar label. On our final day we play!  Take your guitar home in the guitar case provided.
